I was raised in metro Detroit, formed in libraries and science museums, brought up to always be looking for answers by understanding how things work. I use that same curiosity instilled in me as a child to approach problems through a nonjudgmental, context based lens. With deep respect for those who have attempted solutions before me, I learn from others' experiences and through my own experimentation.
Enhancing product value by leading an initiative to align MultiScale’s design system and branding to be WCAG compliant
Established a new UX + Developer collaboration process built from the principles of Agile to improve velocity & team cohesion
Ran in-hospital user studies to uncover service opportunities for MultiScale, mapping them in service blueprints
Launched three new services on the Express Care Platform: scheduling for retail clinic visits, on-demand virtual visits, and patient accounts tied to medical records
Redesigned Swedish’s provider directory (an affiliate of PSJH), resulting in increased patient search success from 48% to 57%, and increased online appointment booking by 42% in three months
Lead on designing & documenting the PSJH Design System; establishing a common visual language across all web and native app products

Implemented a UX research protocol that included processes for conducting ethnographic observations, contextual interviewing, developing personas, journey mapping, and the synthesis of research
